I aim to give your dog an unhurried one-to-one groom with a view to make it a positive experience with as little stress as possible

Although I will do my best to give your pet the groom that you want, please bear in mind that your pet’s behaviour and coat condition may have an impact on the final finish but we will discuss this when you first arrive. I, like the majority of dog groomers, work to the “Humanity Before Vanity” ethos and therefore, if your dog’s coat is severely matted, I will clip it all off to prevent a prolonged and painful brush out, again this will be explained to you before you leave your dog. Hair/fur grows back, bad memories of being groomed remain!

Puppies and elderly dogs will be treated with extra patience and gentleness and will not be pushed over their tolerance level.

Most dogs will need a regular groom throughout their lives so I believe that it’s important to establish a good relationship with them and yourself, if the dog is happy and relaxed, the grooming process is so much easier.
